About Us

Affiliated to the Traditional Association of Shotokan Karate (T.A.S.K) we help our students to develop themselves in karate-do and everyday life.

Karate is an amazing tool to aid co-ordination, balance, fitness and self confidence – not just in children but adults alike. While training in this martial art promotes self-defence and health, it also aids discipline, inner security and development of the character. People from all walks of life can join our class, safe in the knowledge that they are training with like-minded individuals.

We welcome people of all ages from 8 years of age through to 108! There is no upper limit to how old you can be to start your shotokan karate journey – but you’ll be delighted that you did!
Our instructors’ goal is to help our students to improve themselves both physically and mentally.

We pride ourselves on putting safety first, all our instructors are fully insured and DBS checked.

If you can’t join us on a Thursday evening, why not try one of our sister clubs:

Newport Pagnell

They train on Friday evenings (7.30pm – 9pm) and Sunday mornings (9.00am – 11.00am)
